The Flesherton and District Chamber of Commerce serves the southern part of the Municipality of Grey Highlands, including: the communities of Flesherton, Eugenia, Feversham, Ceylon, Priceville, Proton Station, Maxwell, Portlaw and Irish Lake.

Natural Attractions: The village is located near many natural attractions including: Bruce Trail, Kolepore Uplands, Flesherton Hills, Lake Eugenia, the Saugeen Valley Conservation Area, and the Saugeen, Boyne and Beaver Rivers. Eugenia Falls and Hoggs Falls are nearby and are part of the Grey County Waterfall Tour. Flesherton has been known for years as ‘The Gateway to the Beaver Valley’, an area known for its excellent downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and canoeing.

Cultural Amenities: Flesherton has several fine art and craft galleries and studios, antique stores, unique eateries, bed and breakfast accommodation and interesting historic architecture. It boasts excellent sports facilities including a newly renovated arena, baseball diamonds and tennis courts, a fitness center with pool and the ‘Kinplex’ Community Center. Flesherton is home to a newly renovated Public Library and Grey Highlands' South Grey Museum.

Events: For over 30 years, the Split Rail Festival in September has celebrated arts, crafts, and the local agricultural heritage of the community with a 3 day display of antique and classic cars, vintage farm machinery, a handmade quilt auction, music and entertainment. Each July, the village of Eugenia celebrates its local history with the Eugenia Gold Rush Days Festival, featuring panning for ‘gold’ for the kids, musical entertainment, sports events, and more. The Flesherton & District Farmers’ Market is open each Saturday from Victoria Day through Thanksgiving.

History: The Village of Flesherton was originally known as Artemesia Corners, but in 1850 was renamed Flesher’s Corners (later Flesherton), in honour of a civic-minded and generous resident, W.K. Flesher.
