It's a snow day

We've had many snow days and days when children aren't in school in the past 2 weeks. All the roads in Grey and Bruce County were closed for one day last week. Today we're shovelling ourselves out after a heavy snowfall.

Almost knee deep snow kept us off the roads until the plow came through. The path you see in the snow was from the tractor that was clearing out the driveway and me walking through to take this picture.

In lots of ways I like snow days and big storms when we can be warm and cozy inside and the kids are at home safe.
